The education department of Beijing has taken the lead in formulating 66 work measures, exploring 41000 job opportunities through a series of live streaming activities for employment guidance and visiting enterprises. Ningxia is developing positions such as preschool education, urban-rural communities, judicial assistants, and rural doctors, and increasing the subsidy standard from 45000 yuan per person per year to 55000 yuan. Chongqing Bishan relies on more than 730 large-scale enterprises and more than 12000 small and medium-sized enterprises in the area to develop suitable job positions for college graduates. Several departments in Fujian Province, including education and human resources, jointly organized a large-scale recruitment event throughout the province. In Xiamen, the local government further expanded the scale of policy positions and ensured that no less than 50% of the newly added positions in state-owned enterprises were used to recruit fresh college graduates.
