Wang claimed that he had acquaintances and connections, and could help his child solve his education problems. Lv believed it to be true. Wang asked Lv for more than 400000 yuan for various reasons, such as helping his child adjust files, managing relationships, finding acquaintances to handle affairs, and treating guests to meals.
After Wang received the money, he asked Mr. Lv to wait for "good news" at home, but Mr. Lv couldn't wait for Wang's "good news" until the school enrollment ended. At this point, Mr. Lv, who noticed something was wrong, asked Wang for a refund, but the money was never returned.
