According to foreign media reports on the 27th, senior American journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hirsh stated that the Biden administration played a "key role" in the two attacks on the Crimean Bridge, using American technology.
According to the Russian satellite news agency, Seymour Hesh pointed out that Washington played an "extremely important" role in this and previous attacks on the Crimean Bridge.
"Russia Today" reported that a US official told Simo Hesh, "Of course it is our technology. This UAV is remotely controlled, semi submersible, like a torpedo." The US official was referring to the drone that attacked the Crimean bridge on July 17, 2023.
The report states that Seymour Hirsch did not specify his source of information. When asked if the US intelligence community has considered the possibility of Russia retaliating against the attack on the Crimean Bridge, the source replied, "We didn't think that far."
According to a previous report by Russian news agency, the Russian National Counter Terrorism Committee stated that the Crimean Bridge was attacked by Ukrainian unmanned surface boats on July 17, 2023, causing damage to some of the road surface of the bridge.
