The reporter found through the National Medical Products Administration's domestic ordinary cosmetics filing information platform that there are two manufacturers of Red Snail Infant Cream, namely Guangzhou Zhonghao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Henglan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Among them, Henglan Biotechnology's registered products were cancelled in October 2022.

It is worth noting that the registered addresses of Zhonghao Biotechnology and Henglan Biotechnology are the same, both located at 9-2 Heyun Road, Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou.

According to Tianyancha, in October 2022, three batches of "Yingbeixuan Infant Skin Cream" and one batch of "Yingkang Probiotic Body Milk" under Henglan Biotechnology detected prohibited substances in cosmetics, including "chlorbetasol propionate", "halobetasol propionate", and "cyproheptadine".

The Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration has imposed a maximum penalty of 10 years on Guangzhou Henglan Biotechnology for not providing it with cosmetics registration and accepting its cosmetics administrative license applications.
