Unleash the Employment Potential of Private Enterprises | Universities | Employment
This year, the number of college graduates in China has reached a new high. As graduates enter the sprint stage of job seeking, it is even more necessary to fully leverage the role of over 50 million private enterprises as reservoirs for employment.
The Federation of Industry and Commerce system has more than 3000 grassroots organizations, more than 50000 affiliated chambers of commerce, and nearly 240000 executive standing committee enterprises, with a unique advantage of extensive connections with private enterprises. In promoting employment, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce actively guides private enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and helps college graduates find high-quality and full employment.
In April, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, launched the "Hundred Cities, Ten Thousand Enterprises" initiative for private enterprises and universities to work together to promote employment. More than 10000 private enterprises were organized to hold special recruitment activities in more than 100 cities where universities are concentrated, and online activities were simultaneously carried out relying on human resources enterprises. New recruitment and actual recruitment are frequent in various regions of the Federation of Industry and Commerce. As of the end of June, 102000 private enterprises have participated in the "Hundred Cities, Ten Thousand Enterprises" private enterprise university cooperation to promote employment in 155 cities.
In Jiangsu, 10 cities including Nanjing, Suzhou, and Wuxi have organized 8 face-to-face activities between schools and enterprises, 15 offline recruitment activities, 11 online recruitment activities, and 11 employment guidance services. In addition to carrying out activities in key cities and universities, the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce also organizes entrepreneurship and innovation sharing meetings to vigorously promote the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial process, development achievements, and social contributions of private economic personnel, and encourage and guide college graduates to establish correct employment values. Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce also made full use of its website, WeChat official account, directly affiliated chambers of commerce and other platforms to promote policies.
Hubei, on the other hand, specifically focuses on five cities: Wuhan, Yichang, Xiangyang, Shiyan, and Jingzhou, covering all cities. On the one hand, adopting various methods to understand the employment needs and recruitment position information of enterprises, and widely mobilizing private enterprises to provide high-quality positions; On the other hand, relying on the complaint service platform for non-public enterprises in the province, a special recruitment area for enterprises will be established to provide a docking platform for college graduates seeking employment and private enterprise recruitment. Hubei also relies on the Hubei Public Recruitment Network to organize a group of leading private enterprises to carry out live streaming and job promotion activities, with real-time communication and interaction.
In May, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other departments, jointly issued a notice on further promoting the implementation of the recruitment plan for one million employment internship positions, focusing on the needs of college graduates who have not been employed within two years of leaving school and unemployed young people aged 16 to 24. Throughout the year, no less than one million employment internship positions will be recruited to enhance the employment skills of young people.
