According to Fox News on July 9th, a judge in Oklahoma, USA has rejected a lawsuit filed by survivors of the Tulsa genocide seeking compensation.
On the 7th, Oklahoma District Court Judge Caroline Walther dismissed a legal lawsuit filed by three survivors in 2020, demanding compensation for the 1921 Tulsa genocide.
The organization supporting the lawsuit, Greenwood Justice, said in a statement that the judge ignored the pain suffered by the three survivors and said, "There is no justice here, and there is no way to seek justice."

In 1921, one of the bloodiest racial violence incidents in the United States occurred in the city of Tulsa, where thousands of white thugs looted dozens of African American businesses and burned down over 1200 African American homes through gun fire and arson. According to CNN, hundreds of African Americans died in this massacre.
