The center of Typhoon Sula, the 9th typhoon of this year, was located at 5 o'clock this morning on the sea surface about 330 kilometers southeast of Huilai, Guangdong. The maximum wind force near the center was 17, and the minimum pressure at the center was 925 hPa. The radius of the seventh level wind circle was 220-250 kilometers, the radius of the tenth level wind circle was 130 kilometers, and the radius of the twelfth level wind circle was 70 kilometers.

The maximum wind force near the center is 9. It is expected that the "Hongyan" will move towards the northwest direction at a speed of 25-30 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually increase.

According to Chao News reporters, affected by Typhoon No. 9 "Sula", in order to ensure the safety of train operation, the railway department plans to suspend some trains running on the Hangzhou Shenzhen Line, Beijing Hong Kong High Speed Railway, Guangzhou Shenzhen Intercity Railway, Guangzhou Shenzhen Hong Kong High Speed Railway, Guangzhou Shenzhen Intercity Railway, Beijing Kowloon Line and other lines.
As of 17:30 on the 30th, a total of 121 passenger trains are planned to be suspended from August 31st to September 6th, including 74 high-speed trains and 47 conventional trains.
