According to the update of the "Department Leaders" section on the website of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department, Ren Zhenbo has been appointed as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department.
According to the public resume, Ren Zhenbo, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1969, holds a university degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Ren Zhenbo, who has been working in Liaoning Province for a long time, has served as the Deputy Leader of the Anti Drug Detachment, Deputy Leader of the Economic Investigation Detachment, Director of the Household Affairs Department, and Assistant Director of the Bureau of Public Security in Benxi City. In November 2009, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Benxi Public Security Bureau.
In September 2016, Ren Zhenbo was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Benxi Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and later served as the Deputy Director and First level Researcher of the Tenth Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, as well as the Director of the Tenth Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision. In December 2021, Ren Zhenbo was appointed as the Deputy Mayor and Director of the Public Security Bureau of Panjin City.

On the 23rd of last month, the Organization Department of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee released a public announcement of candidates for proposed leadership positions. Among them, Sun Desheng, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1973, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree while working. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the captain of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department's Public Security Management Corps and the second level police commissioner. He is proposed to be nominated as the candidate for deputy mayor of a prefecture level city.
Recently, the Gansu Provincial Public Security Department also welcomed two deputy directors. The website of the Gansu Provincial Government recently released an appointment and dismissal notice. Among them, the People's Government of Gansu Province has decided to appoint Tang Sheng as the Deputy Director of the Gansu Provincial Public Security Department; Zhang Chengping was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Public Security Department of Gansu Province.
According to the public resume, Tang Sheng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1969 in Wuwei, Gansu. He holds a graduate degree from the Central Party School and a Bachelor of Law degree. He started working in July 1992. Tang Sheng once served as the Deputy Mayor of Baiyin City and the Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau; Member of the Standing Committee of the Baiyin Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee.
Zhang Chengping, male, Han nationality, born in December 1966 in Xiahe, Gansu Province, joined the CPC in July 1992 and started work in August 1986, with a college degree. Zhang Chengping has served as the Deputy Mayor of Jinchang City, Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Deputy Governor of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, and Director of the Provincial Public Security Bureau.
Shangguan Hui noticed that these three newly appointed deputy directors of the Public Security Department have long served in the public security system and have all served as directors of provincial public security bureaus.
