On July 8, 2023, Peking University resumed its campus reservation and visitation channels. The specific process and rules are:

1. visits to the campus require real-name appointments. You can make an appointment 7 days in advance through the "Visit Peking University" WeChat applet or scan the WeChat applet code.

Daily appointments are: 09:00-11:00, 14:00-16:00. After the appointment is successful, please bring your ID card to enter the school through the special passage for visiting the campus at the east gate and leave the school before 19:00 on the same day.

2. primary and secondary schools and education administrative departments and other appointment groups to enter the school, you can communicate with the school admissions office, department or security department in advance, and follow the process.

3., in order to maintain the order of the campus, both individual and team appointments are subject to quota management, and tourist motor vehicle appointments are temporarily closed.

4. visitors should abide by the relevant regulations of campus management, cooperate with the work of school security personnel, and jointly maintain a good campus order. Teaching, scientific research, office, library, gymnasium, dormitory and other places are not open areas, and no visit is required.

There is no charge for 5. campus visits, please refuse to provide paid appointments for visiting services under any name.

6. Under normal circumstances, during winter and summer vacations, statutory holidays and weekends, campus visits are open. In case of major events, curriculum adjustments, extreme weather, and other force majeure situations that are not suitable for opening, campus visits will be suspended.

2023 Summer Campus Visit Management Announcement

On the premise of ensuring normal teaching, research, and living order on campus, Tsinghua University adheres to the principle of "adhering to openness, strengthening services, and orderly management", and opens summer campus visits to the public. The specific matters are as follows:

1、 Tsinghua University is a teaching and research institution, not a tourist attraction, and does not charge any visiting fees to any institutions or individuals.

2., the summer vacation of Tsinghua University in 2023 will be from July 10 to August 6. The campus will be open to the public from July 8 to August 6. Admission hours for the open days are from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm. During the summer vacation, every Monday is the campus rest day and is not open to the public. In case of important activities in the school or extreme weather, the campus visit will be suspended. In case of special reasons or other force majeure, if the tour cannot be released according to the scheduled time, please obey the arrangement of the school.

3. campus visits to implement online real-name booking, visitors from the designated school gate.

Personal visit: make a real-name appointment through the WeChat applet "Visit Tsinghua. The reservation system is updated at 8 a.m. every day and can be booked for the same day and the next 7 days. Each person can only make one successful reservation during the open period of summer campus visit, and the reservation cannot be canceled on the day of visit. Each person can make an appointment for up to 3 other people in the same trade. After the personal appointment is successful, the original ID card will be held from the special passage for personal visit to Ximen, Tsinghua, after identity verification and security check, and will be taken out of the school from the Ximen exit after the visit.

Team visit:

By making an appointment through the "Campus Visit Appointment" section of the "Tsinghua University Security Department" website, you can schedule a visit for the next 14 days. The appointment cannot be cancelled on the day of the visit. Team visits are only open to primary and secondary school students, and reservations are made by primary and secondary schools or educational authorities. After the team successfully made an appointment, they entered the school with relevant materials verified through the east gate, and after the visit, they left the school through the west gate exit.

4. visitors must follow the specified route to visit within the specified area. In order to ensure the summer teaching and research tasks of the school, the campus is divided into open areas and non-open areas. The non-open areas and the teaching office buildings in the school are not open to visitors.

5., due to the limited parking resources and road traffic conditions, all kinds of vehicles taken by campus visitors are prohibited from entering the school.

6. visitors must abide by the relevant provisions of the campus management, do civilized, orderly and safe visit. Take good care of the campus environment, do not damage public property and landscape; abide by social morality, do not make loud noises, do not interfere with the normal teaching, scientific research and living order of the campus; resist illegal business activities such as black guides and traveling merchants; do a good job in the safety protection of individuals and family members to avoid Heat stroke, drowning and other safety incidents.

It is 7. to prohibit any organization or individual from taking people to visit the school in violation of regulations; prohibit all kinds of vehicles from soliciting passengers and operating illegally; prohibit illegal vendors from selling souvenirs and other commodities.
