Two grand jury witnesses confirmed on the same day that they had received a subpoena from the grand jury, and Georgia prosecutors may file charges against Trump with the grand jury next week. Fulton County prosecutors have previously stated that they will file a grand jury lawsuit against Trump in early August for his alleged overthrow of the election.
Trump is currently facing a total of 78 criminal charges in three cases, including the New York State lawsuit against him for commercial fraud, the Sealake Estate classified documents case, and the Congressional riot case.
