In the statement, National Energy Group pointed out that after verification, the above-mentioned enterprises and their subsidiaries at all levels are all counterfeit state-owned enterprises, with no affiliation or equity relationship with National Energy Group, nor any investment, cooperation, business relationship, etc., and all their actions are unrelated to National Energy Group. Please be vigilant and take precautions against risks from all sectors of society. If any illegal or criminal behavior is found, please report it to the public security organs as soon as possible.
According to Tianyancha information, Shenzhen Guohua Hechuang Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in 2023, with Li Xiaotao as the legal representative. Ten days ago, the company type was changed from a limited liability company to a limited liability company. The registered address of the company is Longhua District, Shenzhen.
A week before this, on August 6th, National Energy Group had issued a anti-counterfeiting notice. The group found that Zhongcheng Guorong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Zhongcheng Guorong Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. publicly claimed to be subsidiaries and wholly-owned subsidiaries of National Energy Group, and conducted business promotion and promotion activities to participate in the construction project of Suining County Industrial Park in Xuzhou City.

Fake central enterprises continue to be banned repeatedly
For many years, the problem of "fake central enterprises" has been troubling relevant departments. In October 2021, 26 central enterprises announced the list of 353 enterprises posing as state-owned enterprises through official websites, WeChat official account and other channels. Following closely behind, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) publicly announced "fake central enterprises" and "fake state-owned enterprises" twice in 2021 and 2022, with a total of 528 fake enterprises exposed. Recently, a company with a "national" prefix in its name, State Grid Construction Industry Holding Guizhou Group Co., Ltd., was publicly reported by the media. After being officially exposed as a "counterfeit state-owned enterprise" by State Grid in May this year, it changed its name to Guizhou Lansong Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. from August 1st. It continues to negotiate investment projects through its subsidiaries. According to media reports and public information from multiple regions, the total scale of the projects involved is nearly 60 billion yuan.
According to legal sources, many fake central enterprises used to register similar names, making the outside world think they were related to central enterprises. However, now criminals take risks and directly provide false business registration. Although some central enterprises have issued announcements and statements, the effect is not obvious. Some follow-up measures should be taken to prevent further fraud by fake central enterprises. However, those who have been hit by fake central enterprises will not be deregistered, and most will change their identity, such as switching to other central enterprises and continuing their activities.
