The two brothers, who trained together since childhood, both entered Peking University to study in 2020. This year, the two brothers will join hands to compete in the Chengdu Universiade.

Since their training in Qinhuangdao, the two brothers have mainly divided their training into two categories: technical courses and strength courses. Taking heavy training as an example, two people need to throw four kilograms and nine kilograms of heavy equipment respectively, and a class often requires throwing 40 to 60 times.

The two brothers, who are both 1.92 meters tall, reached a height of 1.8 meters in elementary school. Their height, arm span, weight, and other physical conditions are very suitable for practicing throwing events, and their father is a throwing coach at a local junior high school.

In the 2018 National High School Athletics Championships, in the 1.75kg discus competition in the high school group, Jia Dong threw a good result of 54.45 meters, breaking the national record at that time.
