He should be held criminally responsible for accepting bribes in accordance with the law; The defendant Liu Jiaduo, who allowed others to use drugs, should be held criminally responsible for the crime of allowing others to use drugs in accordance with the law.

According to the public information, Liu Jiaduo, male, Han nationality, was born in Tieling, Liaoning Province in April 1963, started working in November 1981, and joined the CPC in June 1987, with a college degree. Liu Jiaduo has served as the captain of the Economic Investigation Brigade of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department, the captain of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department, and a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department.

In August 2022, Liu Jiaduo was investigated, and in April of this year, he was double opened.
