According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security, starting from August, various regions across the country will carry out regional campaigns for summer traffic safety rectification, focusing on investigating and punishing outstanding traffic violations, rectifying serious source risk hazards, exposing drivers of serious traffic violations, and strictly preventing major traffic accidents to ensure the continuous stability of summer road traffic safety situation.
Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Liaoning, and Heilongjiang jointly organized the Northeast and North China Summer Traffic Safety Improvement Action Regional Campaign. From August 1st to 10th, we will focus on the peak summer travel season for the public and carry out a special action to safeguard safety during the peak tourism season; From September 1st to 10th, we will focus on the traffic safety of primary, secondary, and tertiary school students at the beginning of the school year, as well as the traffic safety during the busy farming season in rural areas. From August 1st to 10th, the public security and traffic management departments of 13 provinces in the East and Central South regions of China, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan, conducted a concentrated battle to strictly investigate and punish traffic violations such as overcrowding, illegal modification, and fatigue driving of passenger cars.
