Since August 2nd, 37 counties in Harbin, Mudanjiang, Qiqihar, Yichun, Jixi, Jiamusi and other areas of Heilongjiang Province have suffered from wind, hail, and flood disasters. According to preliminary statistics, as of 12:00 on the 9th, there were 374049 people affected by the disaster in Heilongjiang Province, and 187493 people were urgently relocated and resettled. Among them, 23745 people were centrally resettled, 163748 people were dispersed and resettled through family and friends. The affected area of crops was 3.8708 million mu, 23708 houses were damaged, 149 bridges were damaged, 352 culverts were washed away, 242000 meters of roadbeds were washed away, and 1300 greenhouses were washed away.
