The largest opposition party in South Korea has established a "Central Management Committee to Prevent Fukushima Nuclear Polluted Water from being Discharged into the Sea" throughout the country.
On the 12th local time, the largest opposition party in South Korea, the Democratic Party of Korea, held a ceremony in Busan, Jeju, and Jeollanamdo to establish the "Measures Committee for Preventing the Discharge of Nuclear Polluted Water from the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant into the Sea". The committee took action nationwide in South Korea to prevent the discharge of nuclear contaminated water from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in Japan.
The Democratic Party of Korea announced that from August 12th to August 19th, a ceremony will be held in 17 cities across South Korea to establish the Central Management Committee for Preventing the Discharge of Nuclear Polluted Water from the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant. Through the Central Management Committee, the members of the Democratic Party of Korea will be organically united to become the organization for the entire party to respond to the discharge of nuclear contaminated water from Fukushima.
