According to TASS on June 25th, Konstantin Bechek, Deputy Director of the Investigation Bureau of the Belarusian National Security Council, revealed that the KGB has access to information about foreign intelligence personnel who are training armed militants in Poland, Ukraine, and Baltic countries and planning to seize power in Belarus by force.

According to the report, Bechek said on a program in Belarus, "The KGB is aware of the armed militants being trained and the identities of the intelligence personnel training them. We are aware of several foundations that use various pretexts to fund terrorist activities."
He stated that special forces and armed forces in Poland, Lithuania, and Ukraine train armed militants. "After receiving initial training, the armed militants will sharpen their skills on the battlefield in eastern Ukraine, return to become instructors, prepare for terrorist attacks, and develop plans for an armed invasion of Belarus, including with the support of the regular forces of the aforementioned countries," said Bechek

According to the report, Bechek stated that the KGB has the ability to "promptly eliminate this threat" and emphasized that "the fleeing terrorists and their Western collective behind them do not have a chance.".
Belarusian President Lukashenko has repeatedly stated that under the leadership of Western guardians, Poland, Lithuania, and Ukraine are training members of illegal armed groups and planning to use them to overthrow the Belarusian regime.
