There is good news and bad news coming from the Russian Ukrainian battlefield

The situation on the Russian Ukrainian battlefield has resurfaced. From my personal perspective, there is both good news and bad news.
Let's start with the bad news.
The bad news is that the fight is getting stronger and stronger. In Ukrainian terms, the Ukrainian army is launching a large-scale counterattack; The Russian statement is that the Russian military has achieved significant results.
Terrifying, quite devastating.
On June 11th, the Ukrainian army announced that the vanguard forces had recaptured three villages in the eastern region of Donetsk.
Watching videos and pictures, Ukrainian soldiers will extend a broken Ukrainian flag to a house. The Ukrainian army also announced that they had captured multiple Russian soldiers.
This should also be the biggest victory announced by the Ukrainian army since the counterattack.
The Ukrainian army is bound to win. According to external analysis, the Ukrainian army's counterattack should be launched from multiple points and pushed forward tenaciously. Zelensky even said, "I keep in touch with our commanders from different directions every day. Everyone is very positive. Tell Putin about this."
What about Russia's statement?
Russia has released a video in which multiple German Leopard 2 tanks and American armored vehicles are compressed within a small range, with tanks and armored vehicles burning fiercely.
According to expert analysis, this should be a Ukrainian armored unit that entered the minefield set by the Russian army and was subsequently destroyed by the Russian army.
The collective destruction of so many Western main battle tanks should be the biggest achievement achieved by the Russian army since the Ukrainian counterattack.
The Wall Street Journal reported a detail, stating that a Ukrainian tank unit in the counterattack was hit by Russian "hail" rockets as soon as it crossed a road. The ground is covered with landmines. Russian helicopters and jet fighters are hovering overhead.
A Ukrainian soldier said that the attack had advanced less than two miles. One of the Leopard 2 tanks was hit and unable to move. He sighed, "They are waiting for us... all positions are ready. This is a wall of steel. It's too scary."
In the past few months, the Russian military has greatly strengthened the construction of defensive positions, generally including multi-layer anti tank ditches, obstacles, minefields, and trenches.
A military officer with the call sign "Finn" said that the humid environment posed a challenge to some newly delivered Western equipment. After two weeks of rain, the American armored vehicles in his unit were not always able to pass through the swamps, "they were made for urban warfare and the desert.".
The war is continuing, this is just the beginning.
Say good news again.
This may be the only good news on the battlefield, as on June 11th, Russia and Ukraine exchanged nearly 200 prisoners of war.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has revealed that 94 captured Russian soldiers have been released and will be immediately sent to medical institutions before being allowed to return to their families.
The Ukrainian side claimed that the 95 Ukrainian soldiers who were released, many of whom were captured at the Mariupol Asu Steel Plant, and some of them came from the Wagner Group.
Watching pictures and videos, many people burst into tears of joy. They were quite lucky, pitiful for how many people hurriedly walked onto the battlefield and never came back.
While engaged in fierce battles and exchanging prisoners of war, this at least indicates that although Russia and Ukraine have turned a blind eye, they still abide by the basic rules of war. For released prisoners of war, there will definitely be discrimination, but at least in front of the camera, they are still considered heroes.
But the repeated brutal killings have turned millions of people into refugees, turned fertile land into battlefields, and caused countless families to collapse in despair and hope. Is it really a good thing?
Looking back several years later, I believe many people will have similar questions: what exactly is the reason for so many deaths? What have you truly gained again?
Finally, I couldn't help but think of Musk's advice, the world's richest man. Last year, Musk, who was enthusiastic about peace, once put forward four suggestions for peace in Ukraine, namely:
1. Under the supervision of the United Nations, a new referendum will be held in the eastern region of Ukraine. If the referendum opposes joining Russia, then you will leave Russia;
2. Crimea, then return to Russia and restore the state since 1783;
3. Ensure water supply in Crimea;
4. Ukraine maintains neutrality.
According to Musk, these four suggestions are likely to be the final result of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. If we continue to fight, it will be the same result. Many people will die, and there is also the possibility of nuclear war. It would be better for you to have early peace talks, compromise early, and reach the goal in one step.
It has to be said that Musk is Musk. Although it is the judgment of business people, the ultimate result is never like this?
But Musk's suggestion was collectively criticized by the West and Ukraine, and Ukrainian officials once cursed profusely: "Get out of here is my very diplomatic response to you."
A year has passed, and there is no trace of the referendum. The war is still ongoing, the Kakhovka Dam has been bombed, and the water supply in Crimea is even less important.
Ceasefire is the most realistic choice, but the reality is that many people do not want a ceasefire, so keep fighting until it's broken.
That means that before peace comes, we will hear more bad news, see more burning tanks, ruined cities, and more tragic scenes of death......
Alas, Moscow doesn't believe in tears, the land of Ukraine is heartbreaking. Cherish peace, peace is still far away.
