Typhoon No. 5, Dussuri, is expected to make landfall around 10am, with winds reaching up to 17 levels when it makes landfall. Now the wind and rain have gradually increased. The center of Typhoon Du Suri, the 5th typhoon of this year, was located at 5 o'clock this morning on the sea surface of the Taiwan Strait, about 160 kilometers southeast of the Jinjiang River in Fujian Province. It is 23.4 degrees north latitude and 118.9 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 16, and the lowest pressure at the center is 930 hPa. The radius of the seventh level wind circle is 300-350 kilometers, the radius of the tenth level wind circle is 100 kilometers, and the radius of the twelfth level wind circle is 50 kilometers.
It is expected that "Du Suri" will move towards the northwest direction at a speed of 25-30 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity. It will make landfall along the coast from Xiamen, Fujian to Hui'an on the morning of the 28th.
Gale forecast: From 08:00 on the 28th to 08:00 on the 29th, the Bashi Strait, the eastern and southern parts of the South China Sea, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Taiwan Strait, most of the East China Sea, as well as Taiwan Island and its coastal areas, Fujian and its coastal areas, Zhejiang and its coastal areas, eastern Jiangxi, Jiangsu coastal areas, Shanghai and its coastal areas, and eastern Guangdong coastal areas will have wind speeds of 5-7 levels and gusts of 8-9 levels. Among them, the northeastern waters of the South China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, some areas and coastal areas in southern Fujian, and the western coastal areas of Taiwan Island will have wind speeds of 8-12 levels and gusts of 13-15 levels. The nearby waters passing through the "Du Su Rui" center will have wind speeds of 13-16 levels and gusts of 17 levels or above.
Precipitation forecast: From 08:00 on the 28th to 08:00 on the 29th, some regions in southern Jiangsu, southern Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, eastern Jiangxi, and southwestern Taiwan Island have heavy to rainstorm, among which, some regions in northern and eastern Zhejiang, eastern Fujian, and other regions have heavy rainstorm, and local extremely heavy rainstorm.
