Liu Chenglei happily said that since May, the monthly procurement cost of coking coal has decreased by more than 9.8 million yuan on average compared to March, and a decrease of 11.7 million yuan was achieved in July.
The successful practice of reducing coke costs has strengthened Qin Libin's confidence in conducting detailed and solid special supervision of scrap steel quality.
