Tianjin: Some of the centrally resettled residents are gradually returning to their villages
The flood discharge work in Tianjin continues. The water level of the Daqing River fluctuates slowly and falls back. The discharge volume of Yongding River continues to decrease and enters the final stage of water withdrawal. Tianjin lifted the red flood warning for Yongding River on the 14th. As of 24:00 on August 13th, Tianjin has transferred and resettled more than 86000 people, of which more than 33000 have returned home.

National Flood Control Administration: Adjusting Tianjin Flood Control Emergency Response to Level 3
On August 14th, the National Flood Control Administration of China adjusted the level 2 emergency response for flood control in Tianjin to level 3. The General Office of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Emergency Management, in conjunction with the State Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, will transport 20 large flow emergency drainage pumps and other central emergency rescue and disaster relief materials to support Tianjin in continuing to do a good job in flood prevention and drainage.

In this flood disaster, over 200 villages in Zhuozhou, Baoding, Hebei were affected by floods. In order to accelerate the speed of post disaster recovery and reconstruction, Baoding City organized 14 counties and districts to provide targeted support to affected villages and towns in Zhuozhou.

In Fangshan District, Beijing, all 19 urban sewage treatment plants previously affected by floods have resumed emergency operation after emergency repairs.
