The largest component of Bohai's first 100 billion square meter gas field is being loaded onto the Qingdao ship project | condensate | gas field
On July 10th, the central platform of the first phase of the Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field project was successfully loaded onto the ship in Haixi Bay, Qingdao West Coast New Area. It is about to head to the western waters of the Bohai Sea and enter the stage of offshore installation and commissioning, marking key progress in the construction of the first billion cubic meter gas field in the Bohai Bay. This is of great significance for ensuring national energy security and optimizing energy structure.
The Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field is located in the central sea area of the Bohai Sea, about 84 kilometers away from Binzhou, with an average water depth of about 22.4 meters. It is the first large-scale, fully assembled, high-yield, and ultra-high concentration condensate gas field in eastern China with a capacity of 100 billion cubic meters. Currently, the geological reserves of natural gas have exceeded 200 billion cubic meters, and the geological reserves of condensate oil have exceeded 200 million cubic meters.
The central processing platform for this shipment is 32 meters high, 65 meters long, and 56 meters wide, with a projected area of nearly 9 standard basketball court sizes; Equipped with a living building that can accommodate 120 people working simultaneously, it is an 8-legged multifunctional marine oil and gas platform that integrates production, living, and ecological functions; The total weight is over 12000 tons, equivalent to the weight of 10000 household cars, making it the largest component of the first phase project.
According to Ju Wenjie, the general manager of the first phase development project of the Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field of CNOOC Engineering, the shipment was carried out using a longitudinal sliding method. Four 750 ton tension jacks were used to drag 10000 ton modules through 168 steel strands, moving towards the barge at an average speed of 20 meters per hour. After more than 10 hours, the shipment was successfully completed.
Wan Wentao, the project leader of the Engineering Construction Center of CNOOC Tianjin Branch, introduced that the first phase of the Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field project will be put into operation in 2023, providing a safer, cleaner, and low-carbon energy guarantee for the high-quality social and economic development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei and Bohai Rim regions.
