The extreme heat weather sweeping across Europe is still ongoing. On July 19th local time, several cities in Italy experienced high temperatures of over 40 degrees Celsius, with the highest temperature even reaching 46 degrees Celsius.
According to reports, the Italian government issued a red warning for high temperatures in more than 20 cities on the same day, with an expected maximum temperature of 46 degrees Celsius in these cities, including parts of Sardinia and Sicily in the Mediterranean.
Antoni Pasala, a resident of Palermo, praised that during the hottest hours of the afternoon, traditional summer methods should be followed, such as drinking plenty of water, avoiding going out, and eating more fruits.

Spain's temperature breaks through 44 ℃ and high temperatures affect agriculture
