The highest temperature can reach 40 ℃! Beijing Upgrades and Releases High Temperature Red Warning Orange | High Temperature | Warning
At 07:00 on June 23, 2023, the Beijing Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a red high-temperature warning signal: It is expected that the hot weather in Japan will continue from June 23 to 25, with the highest temperature in most areas reaching 37-40 ℃. Please take precautions.
High temperature orange warning! The highest temperature in some areas of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, and other regions reaches 40 ℃
On June 23 at 06:00, the Central Weather Bureau continued to issue an orange high-temperature warning: It is expected that during the day of June 23, high temperatures of over 35 ℃ will continue to occur in North China, Huanghuai and other areas. Among them, the highest temperature in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, northern and eastern parts of Henan is 37-39 ℃, and some areas in Beijing, Tianjin, central and southern Hebei, northern Shandong and other areas can reach a maximum temperature of around 40 ℃; In addition, Xinjiang Turpan and the Southern Xinjiang Basin, as well as the western and central northern regions of Inner Mongolia, also experience high temperatures ranging from 35 to 38 ℃. The highest temperature in some areas of Turpan can reach around 40 ℃.
Defense Guidelines:
1. Relevant departments and units shall implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures in accordance with their responsibilities;
2. Try to avoid outdoor activities during high temperature periods, and personnel working under high temperature conditions should shorten continuous working hours;
3. Provide guidance on heatstroke prevention and cooling for the elderly, weak, sick and young people, and take necessary protective measures;
4. Relevant departments and units should pay attention to preventing fires caused by excessive power consumption and excessive power loads such as wires and transformers.
The Central Meteorological Station issued this year's first high temperature orange warning
At 18:00 on the 22nd, the Central Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued the first high-temperature orange warning of the year. It is expected that during the day of the 23rd, high temperatures of over 35 ℃ will continue to occur in North China, Huanghuai and other areas, with some areas in Beijing, Tianjin, central and southern Hebei, and central and northern Shandong reaching temperatures of up to 40 ℃.
Meteorological monitoring shows that from 8:00 to 16:00 on the 22nd, temperatures in Beijing, Tianjin, central Hebei, northern Shandong and other places rose rapidly, with the highest temperature rising to over 40 ℃. The highest temperature at 17 national meteorological observation stations in the four provinces mentioned above has exceeded historical extremes.
According to the Measures for the Release of Meteorological Disaster Warning by the Central Meteorological Observatory, the national level high temperature warning is divided into three levels: high temperature red warning, high temperature orange warning, and high temperature yellow warning. The standards for issuing high temperature warnings vary among provinces.
Chief forecaster of the Central Weather Observatory, Zhang Fanghua, pointed out that in the next ten days, there is a risk of high temperature disasters in areas such as Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and Inner Mongolia. The demand for electricity and energy will increase, and outdoor activities may lead to heatstroke or heat stroke. It is recommended to do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling, energy scheduling and supply, outdoor activities and field workers should take good health protection measures, and strengthen fire control in the field.
