The first ultra deep and ultra large scale mining mine in China to start mining iron ore | Scale | Deep well
This paper, Beijing, June 27th. On the 26th, China's first ultra-deep well and ultra-large-scale mining of "Shuangchao" mine, China Minmetals Chentaigou Iron Mine Project, started in Anshan, Liaoning, with a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan. The design production scale of the first phase is 11 million tons/year, and the output of iron concentrate is 4.7 million tons/year.
It is reported that China Minmetals Chentaigou Iron Mine has a reserve of over 1 billion tons. It is a super large-scale underground mine with a kilometer deep well and an annual output of tens of millions of tons. Its occurrence form is regular and suitable for large-scale mining. It is a high-quality resource in the domestic iron ore mountains. Its joint development method of "vertical shaft+belt inclined shaft+auxiliary inclined ramp" solves the problem of increasing the large volume of ore in kilometer deep wells, greatly improving the energy consumption utilization rate of ore improvement.
After the project is put into operation, the labor efficiency of all mining staff will approach the industry's best, and the labor efficiency of all ore dressing staff will be in a leading position in the industry. The total product cost and iron concentrate manufacturing cost are both lower than the industry average. It is expected to create more than 3000 new job opportunities, which will effectively promote the local economic and social development.
