After multiple underwater explorations, the body of Xu Hui, who had already died, was finally discovered at 0:24 on July 20th at a depth of more than 10 meters at the impeller of the generator set.
Rescue personnel subsequently salvaged the bodies of Xu Hui and the woman who fell into the water and brought them ashore.

The reporter learned that Xu Hui is from Qidong, Jiangsu. He is 62 years old and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is a senior engineer and has served as the project manager of Tongzhou Construction Group Co., Ltd. since 2011. He has been from Jiangsu to Qinghai for more than ten years.
