Continuous promotion of job positions
Promoting employment, stabilizing employment, and expanding job opportunities are prerequisites. Recently, the National Employment Service Platform for College Students of the Ministry of Education is holding recruitment activities such as the "2023 College Graduates Unemployed Session", the "2023 College Graduates Session in Key Areas of Six Provinces and One City in East China", and the "2023 College Graduates Session in Heiji, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia" to push high-quality job resources to graduates in need, and provide 24-hour * 365 day "Internet plus employment" service to help college graduates find jobs.
Recently, various universities in various regions have collected recruitment information from employers through multiple channels, continuously promoting targeted and highly adaptable positions to graduates.
Continuous line of employment guidance
In order to help college graduates and employers understand and enjoy policies, the Ministry of Education, together with relevant departments, compiled and printed the "Compilation of Employment and Entrepreneurship Policies for College Graduates and Other Youth". From June to July, the "2023 College Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship Policy Promotion Month" was organized, collecting and releasing a total of 1866 policies at all levels in various regions. The Ministry of Education will launch three "Internet plus Employment Guidance" public benefit live classes before the end of August to provide targeted employment guidance for graduates around the themes of job interview and psychological adjustment. At the same time, the education department will work with the human resources and social security departments to ensure the continuity of services for college graduates before and after leaving school, passing on the baton of employment services, and ensuring that employment guidance for graduates before and after leaving school does not stop and services do not close.
Universities in various regions also provide targeted and personalized employment guidance services around the key and difficult issues faced by graduates in job seeking and employment.
Key assistance and continuous line
The education system continues to pay attention to key groups such as poverty-stricken families, low-income families, zero employment families, and disabled college graduates, helping students analyze and diagnose problems in job seeking, improve personal resumes, choose employment goals reasonably, enhance job seeking skills, and take multiple measures to safeguard the job seeking path of key groups of graduates. The Ministry of Education, in conjunction with relevant departments, held online recruitment activities for disabled college graduates in 2023 and a special online recruitment fair for "Hongzhi Assisting Navigation" for college graduates in 2023, providing over 160000 job information.
Currently, college graduates are leaving campus one after another, and the education system will continue to provide warm and continuous employment services for unemployed graduates, helping them graduate smoothly and find employment as soon as possible.
