It will use 100 days to provide over 10 million job positions for college graduates and other groups, and help college graduates and various types of workers find employment.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the action aims to expand job channels with the theme of "career guidance for future dream building youth". The relevant measures include: innovating the launch of the "Employment Director Visiting Enterprises, Entering Parks and Expanding Jobs" activity, actively connecting with key enterprises, government investment projects, industrial parks, etc., and collecting a batch of urgently needed job information; Timely grasp the vacancy situation of positions in grassroots government agencies, public institutions, grassroots service projects, grassroots management, and social services, and widely collect a batch of recruitment position information; Mobilize operational human resource service institutions, industry associations, and social organizations to participate widely, and focus on screening a group of job information suitable for the educational level and skill level of college graduates.
The person in charge stated that various regions will focus on high demand, market scarcity, and cutting-edge development areas, and launch industry-specific recruitment activities for key industries such as medicine and health, information technology, advanced manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection; Focus on regions with concentrated universities, a large number of graduates, and a high demand for mobile employment, and launch regional special recruitment activities; Focusing on college graduates and other young people, taking into account the job seeking needs of other groups, we will launch group specific recruitment activities with different positioning and characteristics.
During the operation, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security established online recruitment platforms on China Public Recruitment Network and China National Talent Network. Various regions will also establish provincial-level platforms on local public recruitment service websites, synchronously release recruitment information, and carry out online activities such as live streaming job guidance, enterprise exploration, video dual selection meetings, and cloud recruitment with unique characteristics. Industry associations such as the China Textile Industry Federation, the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, as well as human resources service enterprises such as Zhongzhi Group, Guotou Human Resources, Zhilian Recruitment, 58.com, 51job, and BOSS Direct Recruitment, will fully participate in the action.
