The Measures propose to appropriately increase the maximum limit of housing provident fund loans, increase the maximum loan amount paid by both parties to 500000 yuan, increase the maximum loan amount paid by one party to 300000 yuan, and increase the loan amount for employees who pay in other places to 250000 yuan. The loan amount for various high-level talents and "Qingmei Plan" talents will be increased simultaneously.
In addition, the Implementation Measures for the Regular Fund Deposit Management of Meizhou Housing Provident Fund Center have been formulated and introduced to leverage the funds of cooperative commercial banks to serve the development of the real economy. Promote banks to provide precise financial support for "one enterprise, one policy", enhance corporate financing capabilities and willingness to contribute to housing provident fund. Promote cooperative banks to provide a "risk profile" for enterprises and employees based on their provident fund contributions, increase credit limits and interest rate discounts for those with good credit and continuous and stable payments, and launch more consumer loan products based on deposit information.
Encourage residents to purchase self occupied housing and withdraw housing provident fund as a down payment, continue to support residents in old urban communities to withdraw housing provident fund for the installation of elevators and other self occupied housing renovation, and cooperate in ensuring the delivery of buildings, people's livelihood, and stability.
Realize "one-stop processing" for enterprise account opening, and achieve "zero materials", "zero approval", and "automatic processing" for newly established enterprises opening housing provident fund accounts. Establish a specialized team for real economy services to provide enterprises with full process services such as newly established accounts for provident fund units, enterprise deposits, and policy interpretation.
Promote the implementation of "collateral transfer" in second-hand housing transactions and promote the development of the "second-hand housing" market; Adjusting the application process for expired pre-sale housing loans, applicants can apply in advance with the purchase contract and ownership certificate provided by the applicant; Improve the timeliness of pre mortgage payment, expedite approval and disbursement.

For undergraduate students who have settled in Meizhou and purchased their first self owned housing and are working in enterprises, the amount of housing provident fund loans will be increased by 20% on the basis of the maximum limit; For high-level talents who purchase their first self owned housing and apply for housing provident fund loans, the loan amount can be increased by 20% to 100%.
The maximum limit for rental withdrawals has been increased from 720 yuan per month to 1080 yuan. On August 11, the "Chengdu Release" WeChat official account issued a document, and the Chengdu Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued a notice on the "Administrative Provisions on Withdrawing Housing Provident Fund to Pay Rent Directly by Month" for public comment. It is pointed out that extracting housing provident fund may allow for monthly direct payment of rent. Housing provident fund depositors who meet the conditions for rental withdrawal can authorize the Chengdu Provident Fund Center to directly transfer the withdrawal amount to the operating enterprise every month for rent payment. The monthly withdrawal amount of the depositor and their spouse shall not exceed the rent payable for the current month, and shall not exceed the available balance in the depositor and their spouse's account.
On August 11th, Chongqing issued a notice on further optimizing the policy of using housing provident fund, which includes seven measures to support the rigid and improved housing needs of housing provident fund depositors, and to assist in solving the housing problems of new citizens and young people through both renting and purchasing. For families with multiple child depositors who do not have their own housing and rent housing in Chongqing, the rental withdrawal amount will be increased by 50% on the basis of the withdrawal amount for non multi child families, reflecting the policy tilt towards multi child depositors, further reducing the rental pressure on multi child depositors, and helping to improve their living conditions in their homes.
