According to reports, at around 9:50 am on the 26th, Tsai Ing wen appeared at the highest point of the Taoyuan "CPC" refinery building wearing camouflage suits and bulletproof vests, a steel helmet, and a white mask to listen to a briefing, and the drill immediately began.
