According to an earlier report by Agence France Presse, Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko said that Russia launched a missile attack on Krivilih on the morning of the 31st, causing casualties.
According to the report, Klimenko wrote on the "Telegraph" social media platform, "At 9:02 am, two attacks occurred in the center of Krivilih."
He also wrote that one attack destroyed a several story apartment building, and another attack damaged a building of an educational institution.
A video released by Ukrainian President Zelensky on social media shows a huge hole being bombed and emitting black smoke. The screen also shows that another building has been partially destroyed.
At present, the Russian side has not responded to this.
