According to public information, Yang Siming is a "post-70s" vice president. He was born in September 1973 in Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province. He has an on-the-job university degree. He started working in November 1993 and joined the CPC in September 1997.
Looking back at Yang Siming's work experience, he has been working in the Jiangxi Rural Credit System for a long time, starting as a credit officer in the rural credit cooperative. He has served as the director of Wuyang Rural Credit Cooperative and Hongdu West Lake Credit Cooperative, and later became the president of the West Lake Branch of Hongdu Rural Commercial Bank.
