According to the open resume, Liu Hualong, male, Han nationality, born in Dushan, Guizhou Province in July 1973, who was investigated on January 6 this year, joined the CPC in December 1997 and graduated as a postgraduate from the Provincial Party School. Liu Hualong, who has been serving in Qiannan Prefecture for a long time, has served as the Mayor of Fuquan City, Secretary of Longli County Committee, Vice Chairman and Party Member of Qiannan Prefecture Political Consultative Conference, and Secretary of Longli County Committee. Starting from March 2021, he/she will serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Qiannan Prefecture Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Prefecture Government, and Executive Deputy Governor.

According to the open resume, Zhong Yang, female, of Buyi nationality, was born in January 1972 in Ji'an, Jiangxi Province. She started working in July 1994 and joined the CPC in May 1994. She is an on-the-job graduate of the Central Party School and a bachelor of history. Zhong Yang, who has been working in Guiyang for a long time, has served as the county mayor and county party secretary of Xifeng County, the party working committee secretary of Guiyang National Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the party secretary of Huaxi District. In December 2018, Zhong Yang was appointed as the Deputy Governor of Qiannan Prefecture and a member of the Party Group of Qiannan Prefecture. He later served as a member of the Standing Committee and Executive Deputy Governor of Qiannan Prefecture, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of Qiannan Prefecture, and Secretary of the State owned Enterprise Working Committee of Qiannan Prefecture. Starting from March 2021, Zhong Yang was appointed as the Governor of Qiannan Prefecture.
Three governors under investigation

On January 8, 2020, the 13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) passed a decision to remove Li Yuecheng from his position as a member of the 12th Guizhou Provincial Committee and Director of the Agriculture and Rural Committee, and revoke his membership as a member of the 12th Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, in accordance with the Constitution of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and relevant regulations, in view of his suspected violation of discipline and law being filed for review and investigation.

Li Yuecheng has been serving as the acting governor of Qiannan Prefecture since November 2006; From February of the following year to September 2011, he served as the Governor of Qiannan Prefecture.

According to the open resume, Xiang Hongqiong, female, Miao nationality, was born in November 1958 in Yuqing, Guizhou Province, with a doctoral degree, started work in November 1974, and joined the CPC in July 1982. Xiang Hongqiong served as the Governor of Qiannan Prefecture from February 2012 to September 2016.
