The comprehensive return of summer parent-child families and student customer groups has led to the launch of a series of linked benefits and promotional content by Zhengda Plaza during this period, helping businesses sell and driving a significant increase in consumption in retail formats such as fashion brands. It is reported that Adidas and NIKE Zhengda Plaza stores respectively took the first and second place in sales of Shanghai Taobo stores in August; Li Ning's Zhengda Plaza store ranked second in sales among Shanghai stores in August.

Multiple world-class and national level events, including the Gundam GBWC 11th Championship, the IQOO Cup Honor of Kings National Finals, and the 2023 SSDF International Standard Dance World Open, have successively landed at the Zhengda Square, attracting many millennials and Z generations to come and experience the events on site. At present, the "Tai Ku La Market" is being launched on the 4th floor of the Golden Avenue shopping mall, leading consumers to continue experiencing summer consumption enthusiasm.
From the recovery at the beginning of the year, to the heat of May Day and Dragon Boat Festival, and then to this summer's heatwave, the passenger flow of Zhengda Square continues to show a strong trend.
