In addition to a fixed salary, they can also enjoy a monthly internship subsidy of over 1000 yuan. "This is a policy issued by the Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. Enterprises that recruit college graduates for internships and give priority to retention can apply for employment internship subsidies at 60% of the minimum wage standard in Fuzhou and receive retention rewards," said Zhang Meijiao, recruitment director of Fujing Technology Co., Ltd.
It is reported that as of mid July, Fuzhou City has provided a total of 1839 internship positions and issued internship subsidies of 2.84 million yuan for unemployed graduates.
