Secondly, based on the application or authorization of resident families, the housing and urban-rural development competent department and the real estate registration department shall issue the query results of the number of housing units in Jiangmen City, as well as the query results of real estate registration information in Jiangmen City, as supporting materials for the number of housing units owned by resident families in the place where they purchase commercial housing. The Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau and the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau should continue to promote the sharing and application of housing transaction registration data, and optimize housing unit number query services.
