It is reported that as of mid July, Fuzhou City has provided a total of 1839 internship positions and issued internship subsidies of 2.84 million yuan for unemployed graduates.

Improving vocational skills is an important way to broaden employment channels. In some developed manufacturing areas, the human resources and social security departments are also exploring moving "workshops" into classrooms to enhance the practical abilities of graduates.

In recent years, the manufacturing industry in Suqian, Jiangsu has developed rapidly, and there is a high demand for skilled talents. The local Huaihai Technician College and Suqian Technician College have many graduates of this kind every year. To help graduates adapt more quickly to the transition from school to workshop, the Suqian Human Resources and Social Security Department requires the two universities to more accurately match the 20 key industrial chains that the local government focuses on cultivating in terms of professional settings; Huaihai Technician College also collaborates with several leading local enterprises to establish a secondary industrial college.
