After the girl jumped off a building and died, her family now wants to hold the caller accountable.

Now that the family has reported the incident, the deceased's mother, Ms. Jiang, believes that the instigator's remarks are related to her daughter's death. After the instigator finished speaking for two or three seconds, her daughter jumped off the building.
