Tangxunhu Community Phase VI
7 residential buildings have become dangerous buildings
The sixth phase of Tangxunhu Community on Guandong Street was delivered at the end of 2005 and is still under construction. There are many cracks on the walls and interior of some buildings, especially during rainy weather, which can lead to indoor water seepage. The problems in residential buildings such as 89, 90, and 101 are more prominent, and some residents can even insert a mobile phone into the cracks in their homes.
On August 31st, Jimu News reporters once again visited the sixth phase of the Tangxun Lake community for exploration. Several residents told Jimu News reporters that after seeing the notice posted in the residential building, they are looking for suitable housing to rent. Ms. Chen, the resident, said that she had just paid the rent and did not expect to move out of the sixth phase rental house in the Tangshan Lake community and negotiate with the landlord.
Jimu News reporters saw on site that residents have requested assistance in moving items from their houses. At the entrance of Unit 4, Building 93, Phase 6 of Tangxunhu Community, the "Announcement" and "Tangxunhu Phase 6 C-level Housing Relocation and Crossing Plan" signed by the Guandong Street Office of Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone are posted here.

According to Article 9 of the Regulations on the Management of Urban Dangerous Houses, if a house is identified as dangerous and has no repair value, it is temporarily inconvenient to demolish it and should be stopped from use. To ensure the smooth implementation of the relocation work, a special work team has been established in Guandong Street. The staff of the team will communicate and negotiate through door-to-door communication, telephone contact, and other means. Residents can also make phone calls or visit the team to discuss relocation matters.
The announcement mentions that residents need to complete their relocation before September 30th. Those who fail to move out of dangerous houses within the deadline will take necessary measures and be forced to move out in accordance with the law. The signing date of this announcement is August 29th of this year.
