To deepen the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises, we must resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and firmly grasp the correct direction. Always remember that the overall goal is to firmly strengthen, optimize, and become a large country with capital and state-owned enterprises. The focus is on optimizing the layout, adjusting the structure, consolidating the control position of the state-owned economy in important industries related to national security and the lifeline of the national economy, increasing the construction of the innovation capacity system and the layout of strategic emerging industries, and enhancing the guarantee ability of the public service system.
