According to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the General Administration of Sport on August 30th, Liu Jun, the Chairman of China Super League Limited Liability Company, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently under investigation by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the General Administration of Sport and the Hubei Provincial Supervisory Commission.
According to public information, Liu Jun was born in 1976 and previously served as the General Manager of Jiangsu Shuntian Club in the Chinese Super League. In 2018, he joined the Chinese Football Association. In July 2021, the preparatory group of China Football Federation was established, with Liu Jun serving as the deputy leader of the preparatory group. Later, he succeeded Li Yuyi as the Chairman of the Chinese Super League Company.
With Liu Jun being investigated, six chairmen of Chinese Super League companies have been investigated. The first five were: Nan Yong, Yang Yimin, Yu Hongchen, Ma Chengquan, and Li Yuyi.
According to public information, China Super League Limited Liability Company was established in 2006 and is located in Beijing. It is an enterprise mainly engaged in sports. The registered capital of the enterprise is 2 million RMB, and the paid up capital is 2 million RMB.
