Sitting can complete it, India promotes "yoga break" yoga in the workshop | India | Workshop
The office compartments do not seem to be a suitable place for sports. However, the Indian government has recently developed a set of yoga exercises that can be practiced at a desk, hoping to help alleviate work pressure.
According to The Times of India on the 13th, the government department in charge of civil servants in India issued a directive on the 12th, requiring all government departments to promote "yoga breaks" in the workplace. This yoga routine that can be completed by sitting in a chair is designed by the Indian Department of Traditional Medicine and consists of three parts: stretching, breathing, and meditation, which can be completed in just a few minutes. A person in charge of the Traditional Medicine Department said that this yoga routine helps people relieve stress, relax their body and mind, and regain focus.
According to the report, heads of various government departments in India have been asked to participate in the promotion and let their subordinates know about the "yoga break" in the workplace. The Indian Ministry of Traditional Medicine is also releasing relevant videos on social media platforms to facilitate people's learning.
