1. Peng, a former official of the People's Court of Xiangyang High tech Industrial Development Zone, falsely accused and framed the issue. In March 2016, Peng was dismissed from public office by the Xiangyang High tech Industrial Development Zone Court for committing the crime of forging state agency documents. In March 2017, the Yicheng People's Court sentenced him to one year and three months in prison. Peng harbored resentment towards the leaders and related personnel of the court. Since May 2020, Peng has fabricated rumors that the former president of the High tech Zone Court, Song, and former vice president, Yang, provided convenience and accepted bribes for him in forging documents, and has repeatedly reported to various functional departments at the central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision. After verification by the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Xiangyang City, Peng's feedback on the issues is either untrue or lacks factual evidence, suspected of false accusation and framing. In May 2022, the Xiangyang Municipal Supervision Commission transferred Peng's suspected false accusation and framing clues to the public security organs for legal processing. In June 2023, Peng was sentenced to four years in prison by the People's Court of Yicheng City for the crime of false accusation and other illegal crimes.

2. Dong, a former employed cadre in Dongsheng Village, Tingzu Town, Echeng District, Ezhou City, falsely accused and framed the issue. In November 2021, after being dismissed by the Dongsheng Village Committee, Dong Mourui was refused a request from the village party branch secretary Dong Mourui to solve his personal social security and other issues. He fabricated issues such as Dong Mourui's embezzlement of collective assets and embezzlement of compensation funds, and repeatedly reported to various functional departments at the provincial, municipal, and district levels as well as the disciplinary inspection and supervision commission. After verification by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Tingzu Town, all the issues reported by Dong are not true. In December 2021, the town discipline inspection commission held a party member and village representative meeting in Dongsheng Village to clarify the situation. From March to August 2022, Dong Moumou continued to repeatedly report fabricated violations of discipline and law by Dong Mourui. After being upgraded and verified by the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Echeng District, it was found that the issues reported were not true, and the verification results were provided to them. Afterwards, Dong continued to repeatedly report issues with clear conclusions, which had a serious impact on Dong Rui's personal life and the work of Dong Sheng Village Committee. In August 2022, the Hubei Urban Supervision Commission transferred the clues of Dong's suspected false accusation and framing to the public security organs for legal processing. In February 2023, Dong was sentenced to one year in prison by the People's Court of Echeng District for the crime of false accusation and other illegal crimes. In the same year, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Echeng District imposed a disciplinary action of expelling Dong from the Party.

3. Gan Moumou, a villager from Dizhou Village, Shicheng Town, Chongyang County, Xianning City, falsely accused and framed the issue. From May 2022 to February 2023, Gan Moumou was dissatisfied with the officials of Shicheng Town and Dizhou Village due to his personal housing demolition compensation requirements not being met. He fabricated the issue of embezzlement and fraud of demolition compensation funds by Shicheng Town Mayor Cheng and Dizhou Village Party Branch Secretary Zou, and continuously reported to the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs. After verification by the Chongyang County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, it was found that all the issues reported by Gan were not true, and the verification results were provided to him for feedback. Afterwards, Gan continued to repeatedly report multiple levels and multiple sources, and publicly released false short videos of town and village officials forcibly demolishing houses, embezzling compensation funds, etc., causing a negative impact on society and suspected of false accusations and framing. In February 2023, the Chongyang County Supervision Commission transferred the clues of Gan Moumou's suspected false accusation and framing to the public security organs for legal processing. In June 2023, Gan was prosecuted by the Chongyang County People's Procuratorate in accordance with the law on suspicion of false accusation and framing.

4. Zhou and others, former director of Cenhe Police Station of Shashi District Branch of Jingzhou Public Security Bureau, falsely accused and framed the issue. Zhou harbored resentment towards the then head of the investigation team, Li, for being investigated and dealt with by the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities. In November 2021, Zhou, together with the person in charge of a certain enterprise, Shu, committed fraud and was investigated by the public security organs. He still believes that it was caused by Li's supervision. In retaliation, Zhou fabricated issues such as Li's corruption and unclear sources of huge assets, and instructed Shu to report to relevant central and provincial departments under his real name. After verification by the Jingzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, both individuals reported that the issues were not true and were suspected of false accusations and framing. In August 2022, the Shashi District Supervision Commission transferred the clues of Zhou and others suspected of false accusation and framing to the public security organs for legal processing. In September 2022, under the designated jurisdiction of the Jingzhou Public Security Bureau, the Shishou Public Security Bureau filed an investigation against Zhou and Shu. In February 2023, Zhou and others were prosecuted by the People's Procuratorate of Shishou City in accordance with the law on suspicion of false accusation and framing.
