CCTV News: The crew of the Shenzhou-16 spacecraft has been in orbit for half a month, and the space station assembly is currently operating stably. Astronauts Jing Haipeng, Zhu Yangzhu, and Guihaichao are in good physical and mental condition and are currently carrying out in orbit work as planned.
This is the latest in orbit video released by the China Manned Space Engineering Office. The space station assembly consists of the Tianhe core module, the Wentian experimental module, the Mengtian experimental module, and the Shenzhou-16 manned spacecraft, as well as the Tianzhou-5 and Tianzhou-6 cargo spacecraft, forming a new configuration of "three modules and three ships". According to the plan, the three astronauts of Shenzhou-16 will stay for about 5 months to conduct in orbit experiments and tests on space science and application payloads, carry out astronaut extravehicular activities and cargo airlock module extravehicular activities, carry out extravehicular payload installation and space station maintenance and repair tasks, and carry out "Tiangong Classroom" space teaching activities.
