According to different categories, the "Pearl Plan" provides 12 support measures in four categories: "individual and team funding support," "major project support," "entrepreneurial development support," and "comprehensive support.". In terms of one-time funding, selected individuals can receive rewards ranging from 200000 to 2 million yuan; In terms of contribution rewards, the selected individuals can receive a maximum reward of 5 million yuan; In terms of project subsidies, major projects led by "Pearl Peak Talents" will receive a maximum subsidy of 100 million yuan based on "one matter, one discussion"; In terms of talent housing support, a monthly housing subsidy of 3000 to 30000 yuan will be provided by category, with priority given to providing district level talent apartments.
