According to the notice, enterprises that recruit graduates from ordinary universities who have not been employed in 2023 or within two years after leaving school, as well as young people aged 16 to 24 who have registered unemployment, sign labor contracts, and pay unemployment, work-related injury, and employee pension insurance premiums for more than one month, may receive a one-time job expansion subsidy of no more than 1500 yuan per person recruited. According to the "2023 Employment Data Report for College Graduates" previously released by Liepin Big Data Research Institute, the five primary industries with significant year-on-year growth in job positions for this year's graduates compared to the 2022 graduates are energy/chemical/environmental protection, healthcare, automotive, machinery/manufacturing, electronics/communication/semiconductor. In the "new track" composed of 18 popular industries and fields such as green and low-carbon, blockchain, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, network/information security, IoT chips, and AI big models, most of them have seen significant employment growth.
The report shows that the AI model has the highest year-on-year growth in new job positions for the 2023 cohort, with a year-on-year growth of 172.53%; New energy and new materials ranked second and third, with year-on-year growth of 93.90% and 30.05%.
"We are facing new demands and opportunities brought about by industrial transformation and upgrading."
