Multiple reminders: Security checks have been upgraded, and mobile phones are not allowed to enter the examination center
At present, many regions have issued pre exam reminders and exam venue rules, stating that they will strengthen security checks for the college entrance examination this year.
Beijing
On June 2nd, the Beijing Education Examination Institute released pre exam prompts and exam venue rules for the 2023 Beijing College Entrance Examination
On the day of the exam, candidates enter the examination center with their admission ticket and ID card. This year's college entrance examination will adopt two security checks for entry into the examination center and examination room.
For the convenience of passing the security check smoothly and quickly, candidates are required to hand over their mobile phones to their parents or team leaders for safekeeping before entering the examination center. Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, smart bracelets, etc. are not allowed to be brought into the examination center.
Guangdong
On June 2nd, the Guangdong Provincial Education Examination Institute issued the "Guangdong Province 2023 General College Entrance Examination Candidate Guidelines", requiring candidates to consciously accept the use of metal detectors and intelligent security gates by invigilators for safety inspections. This is the first time that Guangdong has set up an intelligent security gate for the college entrance examination, which will strictly crack down on mobile phone cheating and further ensure fairness in the examination.
Yunnan
This year, all examination venues are standardized, and all examination venues are equipped with intelligent security gates for the first time. All candidates can only enter the examination venue after being detected by the intelligent security gates without any abnormalities.
Jiangxi
This year's college entrance examination has added a security checkpoint, requiring candidates to undergo dual security checks at both the examination center and examination venue. Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, and headphones into the examination center.
Changsha, Hunan
On May 30th, the Changsha Education Examination Institute issued a reminder that all candidates must undergo identity verification and two security checks before entering the examination room. Candidates who refuse to cooperate have the right to be prevented from entering the examination room by the invigilator. If the examination time is delayed due to personal reasons, the candidates themselves will be responsible.
Bijie, Guizhou
The Enrollment and Examination Center of Bijie City, Guizhou Province, reminds that candidates must go through three security checks when entering the examination room, that is, they must undergo one detector security check upon entering the examination point, one intelligent security check upon entering the examination point, and one detector security check again upon entering the examination room.

Do I need to wear a mask in the exam room?
Sending health reminders in multiple locations
This year is the first college entrance examination since the implementation of Class B and Class B management. Disease control departments in many regions have issued health reminders, calling on candidates to maintain a calm mind. Is it still necessary to wear a mask in the examination room? Many places have also issued clear requirements one after another.
Shandong Province
Candidates should independently carry out health monitoring three days before the exam. If they have suspicious symptoms such as fever, they should immediately undergo nucleic acid or antigen testing. If the result is positive, they should proactively contact the education and enrollment examination institution in the location of the exam site to report and participate in the exam in the backup examination room according to relevant requirements.
If suspicious symptoms appear on the day of the exam or during the exam period, antigen testing will be conducted on-site. Candidates who test positive will be arranged to participate in the exam in the backup exam room. Candidates in the backup examination room must wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the entire process. Do not go out or gather unless necessary before the exam, and take personal protective measures.
Fujian
The People's Government of Fujian Province has issued a notice, clearly stating that in accordance with the normalized epidemic prevention and control requirements of Class B and Class B management, the 2023 college entrance examination will adhere to scientific and precise epidemic prevention. It is specified that during the college entrance examination, candidates wearing masks should remove their masks when undergoing identity verification to ensure smooth identity verification.
If candidates wear masks, they must leave their own masks in the "temporary storage area for non exam items" outside the examination room before entering, and are not allowed to enter the examination room. If there is a need after admission, you can apply to the invigilator and the examination room will provide it.
Jiangxi
Self health monitoring and personal protection should be done well before the exam, and unnecessary gathering activities should be minimized to reduce the risk of epidemic infection.
Heilongjiang
To do a good job in personal protection, reduce gatherings and mobility before exams, avoid crowded places, and be the first person responsible for one's own health.
In addition, Shuangyashan City in Heilongjiang Province has announced that during the examination process, except for special circumstances, candidates can decide whether to wear masks or not.
Xizang
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Xizang Autonomous Region called on candidates to keep a good attitude. "According to the existing data, at present, repeated infection of COVID-19 is more likely to be a mild case. However, candidates should still take precautions to ensure that they take the exam in a full state."
Liuzhou City, Guangxi
After entering the examination room and taking a seat, candidates can independently decide whether to wear a mask. But candidates should bring their own masks and consciously wear them before entering the examination center or examination room. After the exam, candidates should immediately wear masks and follow the arrangements of the examination center staff to leave the examination room in an orderly manner. They are not allowed to stay inside the examination center.

Opening green channels in multiple locations
If you lose your ID card before the exam, you should immediately apply for a temporary ID card to the local police station where your registered residence is located and take the exam with the temporary ID card. It is recommended that candidates and parents pay attention to the reminder information released by various provincial enrollment and examination institutions. If some provinces have regulations, if candidates forget to bring their ID cards temporarily, they must report to the invigilator before the exam. With the approval of the examination site leadership group, they can participate in the exam first, but they must submit their ID cards to the invigilator for verification before the next exam.

The majority of examinees can input their names and ID card numbers through the "E-business" self-service terminal, and then complete the printing of their temporary ID card certificates as prompted.
Hunan Province has announced that from May 23 to June 20, 2023, for students who have lost, damaged, or expired their resident ID cards, they can bring their household registration book, student ID card, or admission ticket to various resident ID card acceptance points to apply for a replacement and apply for a new resident ID card, and complete postal express delivery procedures.
