In addition, the Russian side is expected to mention Kiev's attacks on civilian facilities in Moscow and the Crimean Bridge in their speech. On July 17th, the Russian National Counter Terrorism Committee announced that the Crimean Bridge was once again attacked by two Ukrainian surface unmanned boats in the early hours of the same day, causing damage to the bridge's road surface and affecting traffic. Russian President Putin stated on the same day that the attack on the bridge was an act of terrorism and that Russia would respond. Ukraine has not yet acknowledged whether it planned the attack, but Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Defense Marial admitted earlier this month that the Crimean Bridge explosion in October last year was carried out by Ukraine.
According to reports, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that Ukraine attempted to launch an attack on facilities in Moscow using three drones in the early hours of July 30th, but was thwarted by the Russian side. One of the drones was destroyed by air defense systems over Moscow state, while the other two drones lost control after being electronically suppressed and crashed in a non residential area. According to Russian media reports, the drone crash caused damage to high-rise buildings in Moscow's business district. Some sections of Moscow have been closed off, and in addition, the Vnukovo International Airport located in the southwest direction of Moscow City was temporarily suspended and has now resumed operation.

On the 30th, the Russian Ministry of Defense also announced that in the early hours of the same day, Ukraine launched an attack on Crimean facilities using 25 drones, and all drones were destroyed by air defense systems and electronic suppression. Regarding the drone attack on Moscow, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated later on the 30th that the flames of war are approaching Russia. A spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force said that those who were not affected by the war have begun to be affected, and attacks and explosions have become a norm to some extent.
