Russia is ready to fight against NATO
According to today's Russian television website, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on the 20th that Russia is ready to continue fighting against NATO in Ukraine. A few days ago, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg rejected any idea of "freezing" the conflict in Ukraine, despite Ukraine's increasing losses.
According to the report, Stoltenberg declared in an interview published in the German newspaper "World Sunday" on the 18th, "Peace cannot mean freezing this conflict and accepting an agreement controlled by Russia."
Stoltenberg also said, "Only Ukraine can define acceptable conditions.". This is a clear support for the Kiev oath. Kiev's pledge is to drive Russian troops back to the border before the conflict broke out and seize Crimea.
According to the report, Lavrov said at a press conference, "If NATO once again declares opposition to the freeze through Stoltenberg's words - as they say - this conflict, then they just want to fight."

Lavrov said, "Okay, let them fight. We are prepared for this. We have long understood NATO's goals in the situation in Ukraine, which have been in place for many years."
The report mentions that Moscow officials have long accused the United States and its NATO allies of arming Ukraine and using Ukraine to provoke conflict with Russia. Russian President Putin described the conflict in Ukraine as causing the Russian military to confront "the entire Western military machine.". Lavrov reiterated this conclusion on the 20th, stating that the continued supply of weapons from the West to Kiev indicates that the West is "a direct participant in the mixed war declared by Russia - which is actually a hot war.".
