The rice fields and fish ponds of the two families are adjacent, and the terrain of the rice fields is relatively high. It has been raining heavily recently, and the water in the fields has started to pour back into the fish pond, which makes Old Shen unable to sit still.
Lao Shen didn't want this water to be poured back into the fish pond, fearing that the pesticides wouldn't fail and harm the fish. However, the farmer Zhang Minyong wanted to take advantage of the rainy season to store more water in the fish pond, so that it could be saved in the future during drought resistance. The two were at a stalemate, and neither could convince the other. After the contradiction was reflected in the village, the village party branch secretary quickly organized mediators and the parties involved to rush to the scene.
The "Party building+governance" model being explored by Fengqiao Village is composed of experienced veteran Party members, village leaders, and other party member think tanks and conflict mediation teams. The purpose is to help the people solve urgent and difficult problems in the first time, and resolve disputes in their early stages.
After inspecting the scene, the group returned to the village committee and sat down to further implement the solution. Regarding Zhang Minyong's concern about emergency water supply during the drought resistance period, the secretary also made it clear that drought resistance is the most important, followed by aquaculture. When farmland needs water, drought resistance is paramount.

One of the key points is to enable the masses to first think of the branch and find the secretary when encountering problems, and village cadres to provide door-to-door services as soon as possible, resolving conflicts and hidden dangers at the source. In response to the problems that our village cannot solve, Fengqiao Village has also explored the "three one-third" work method.

One of the key ideas of Qiaoyuan Village is to develop industries to promote employment, allowing idle people to have work to do and earn money. In recent years, Qiaoyuan Village has successively built cantaloupe bases, ephedra chicken breeding bases, etc., giving priority to providing employment opportunities for villagers. For positions with high skill requirements, the village will also organize free training. Villager Guan Changling and his wife have been worried because the elderly and children are not in good health and it is not convenient to go out to work. Now, both of them have found jobs at their doorstep.
For a small group of people who have the ability to work but are subjectively unwilling to go out to work, the village is also putting in effort to help them find things to do. Villager Yao Liangkui's family only relies on farming for a living, and their two children are still in school, which puts a lot of pressure on their lives. Although unwilling to go out to work, he found through visiting the village that he has a talent for performing shadow puppetry.

The key to rural revitalization lies in people and efforts. The development of industries in the village is closely related to the combat effectiveness of grassroots party organizations in rural areas.

The villagers are busy living in the rice paddies, and from time to time, there are sounds of tourists playing in the fields, creating a beautiful countryside where humans and nature coexist harmoniously. But five years ago, this place was not like this. Siyinba Village has convenient transportation and was once one of the earliest developed villages. However, with the rapid development of the economy and society, a large number of laborers have gone out, leading to significant problems in the village's organizational construction and industrial development.

In the 2018 general election, a group of younger and more capable party members and cadres were selected to join the village "two committees". The new team took the lead in building prefabricated vegetable supply bases and vegetable greenhouses, resulting in a significant increase in revenue per acre of land.

By the 2021 general election, the "two committees" of Siyinba Village will be further optimized, and some capable individuals and young party members who understand business, are good at management, and have flexible thinking will be recruited. In addition to further developing contract agriculture, the new team, with the support of the town government, has also made significant moves to transform this beautiful village with wild crested ibis habitat into a rural tourism integrated complex.
At present, the first phase of the rural complex project has been basically completed, and the new team members are working hard to complete the supporting engineering and homestay renovation of the second phase. In the future, they hope to build this place into a demonstration model for rural revitalization that integrates rural tourism, leisure tourism, research and education, and more.
